Returns

As YPC products are personalised we can only accept returns of products in their original condition within 10 days of despatch at the discretion of our Customer Services team, provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit, or the goods suffer from a manufacturing defect. In the event of a customer not being completely satisfied with the order/products, YPC must be informed in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned to YPC within 10 days in order that YPC can inspect the goods. If it is deemed that the goods are substandard YPC will re-supply the goods at no cost and will refund any carriage incurred.
